通过十八年的从事酒店行业，我付出了很多但同时也学到了很多酒店业管理上的技能知识。例如：建立有效的对客及人际关系，管理培养人才储备等等。我一如既往的保持着良好的工作态度，良好的适应性，变通能力，创造力及自我激励能力。享受在问题发生及不利情况下对我的挑战，并通过自身的努力找到解决问题的办法。 印象最深的是最近六年在五星级酒店餐饮部的工作经历，让我学到了很多的管理知识及技能。我为人正直，乐观开放，上进，好学，善于沟通及梳理人际关系，敢于承受压力。为此我一直不断的学习并将所学运用于实践，并希望得到更好的自我发展。
