As you know my self Francis. Presently working as an outlets manager at accor brand in Novotel and ibis hotels. I started as an assistant outlets manager at this property. I handle 7 outlets in f&B which include 3 restraints, a bar, a coffee shop, Room service, and meetings and events.
Overall I have got 10 years of experience in the hospitality of that 5 years are in GCC countries.
