Assisted the Department Managers to manage the overall day to day running of all aspects of the hotel, including occupancy and F&B. Supervised and directed the overall performance of the hotel team to ensure hotel profitability. Supported the departmental Managers in recruitment, training, appraisals and development in order to maintain a highly motivated and committed team. Dealing with guest issues promptly and responding to guest questionnaires. Assist the Hotel Manager in ensuring the financial obligations of the property are met and exceeded in terms of revenue generation and budget control. Ensuring all Health and Safety procedures are implemented according to company standards.
