this highly anticipated new luxury hotel opening later
this year.
This is a unique
opportunity for an experienced luxury hotelier to join the founding team
and help shape the guest experience at this landmark hotel.

Located at the end of The Mall opposite
Buckingham Palace, Waldorf Astoria London – Admiralty Arch will feature 100
elegant rooms and suites and 17,500 sqft of private residences. The hotel
will open with two signature restaurants - Coreus by Clare Smyth and Café Boulud
by Daniel Boulud - bringing together two of the world’s most celebrated
Michelin-starred chefs. Guests will also enjoy a world-class spa,
state-of-the-art fitness facilities, and a collection of grand event spaces,
including a ballroom for up to 320 guests.

Here's what you'll do during a typical
day:
lang="EN-US">As a Night Security Officer, you will safeguard the wellbeing
of our Guests, Members, and Team Members by ensuring the highest standards
of security, discretion, and professionalism across
the hotel throughout the night.
You will monitor access points, conduct regular patrols, manage risk
proactively, and respond calmly and effectively to incidents, contributing to
a secure and reassuring luxury experience.

searches in accordance with company policy, reporting any discrepancies

and control the goods pass‑out procedure for purchased, loaned,

systems monitoring contractors on site, ensuring full compliance with company
health and safety standardsVerify and check
goods received outside of normal operating hours

keysOperate, monitor, and maintain the CCTV
system in accordance with legal and brand requirements
lang="EN-US">Conduct regular security patrols of the hotel, ensuring fire walks
are completed and accurately recordedEnsure
the safe and discreet movement of cash transfers within
the hotelSupport and coordinate hotel
evacuations during fire alarm activations or emergency
situationsMonitor suspicious items and remain
fully conversant with bomb, terror, and threat‑response
proceduresProvide secure storage solutions
for guests’ oversized or valuable itemsEnsure
all hotel facilities, back‑of‑house areas, and function
rooms are secured and locked when not in use

ReportsInvestigate and report all incidents
involving theft, criminal damage, or misconduct

calmly de‑escalating potential

enforcement authorities in the absence of the Security Team
LeaderIdentify and promptly report

What
are we looking for?A Security Officer
within Hilton’s luxury portfolio serves as a trusted ambassador for our Guests,
collaborating seamlessly with fellow Team Members to protect the safety,
privacy, and integrity of the hotel experience. To succeed in this role,
you will consistently demonstrate the following attitudes, behaviours, skills,
and values:

lang="EN-US">Excellent physical condition, suitable for a demanding operational
role - A minimum of two (2) years’ experience
in law enforcement, professional security services, or military
training - Thorough knowledge of fire safety
procedures, emergency response plans, bomb threat management, and evacuation
protocols - Strong understanding of local laws
and government regulations - Absolute discretion
and confidentiality when handling sensitive or privileged
information - Valid SIA training
and licence - A positive, composed,
and professional demeanour - Clear and confident
verbal and written communication skills -
lang="EN-US">Impeccable personal grooming and presentation
standards - Proven ability to remain calm
and effective under pressure, particularly in emergency
scenarios - Ability to work independently while
collaborating effectively within a team
