As the Chief
Accountant, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to
the highest standards:

style="font-size: 11pt;">Assist the supervisor to deal with monthly statement
and prepare the monthly accounting voucher.

style="font-size: 11pt;">Ensure all reports are completed correctly and on time
and prepare monthly financial statements to be distributed.

style="font-size: 11pt;">Ensure that all month end and year
end procedures are strictly followed, and deadlines
are met.
Prepare weekly bank
reconciliation and financial statements as required by Hilton and the owner
company.
Analyze and investigate
the cashier's long and short funds.
class="ortl-align-justify">
style="font-size: 11pt;">Supervise and manage the daily work of the team members
under your supervision within the Finance department.
class="ortl-align-justify">
style="font-size: 11pt;">Review the daily revenue figures, supporting
reports and vouchers and ensure that Daily and Monthly Revenue
and Settlement Reconciliation is prepared on a timely basis and all
revenue is captured, reported and posted accurately.

in training Finance department staff.

style="font-size: 11pt;">Review travel agent commission payments and ensure
compliance with Hilton standards.
class="ortl-align-justify">
style="font-size: 11pt;">Review the adjustment and certification of food
and beverage control.

adequate and up to date filing system.
class="ortl-align-justify">
style="font-size: 11pt;">Flexible in relation to working hours, especially
at month and year-end.

style="text-align: justify;">Maintain strict
confidentiality at all times of all information related
to payroll, bank and financial records.
class="ortl-align-justify">
style="font-size: 11pt;">Assist the DOF and Finance Manager to prepare budget,
forecast report and monthly report.
class="ortl-align-justify">
style="font-size: 11pt;">Be familiar with all Hilton accounting policies
and procedures, USALI and Malaysia accounting standard to ensure they comply
with the SOP.

additional accounting responsibilities in the absence of the DOF and Finance
Manager. Ensure timely payment
of taxes.
Handle all requests
and inquiries in a timely, effective and friendly manner.

style="font-size: 11pt;">Ensure that correct work practices and the safety
of the work area are not compromised to minimize the risk of accidents
and employee compensation costs.
class="ortl-align-justify">
style="font-size: 11pt;">Perform all additional tasks to ensure smooth operation
of hotel functions.

the Finance Leader to develop best-in-class hotel Finance teams, including
participation in all relevant Finance development programs.

and communicate directly to the Finance Manager all accounting and financial
control matters. -

coordinate and communicate with other departments on accounting related issues
and internal control. -
style="text-align: justify;">Liaise
with government departments such as tax authorities and industrial
and Commercial Bureau on relevant matters.

relationship with the local bank and government agencies.

accounting laws and tax laws.
