The Mixologist is responsible for leading and elevating the hotel's beverage
experience through the creation, preparation, and presentation of innovative
cocktails and signature beverages. This role supports the overall beverage
operation by ensuring exceptional product quality, guest satisfaction,
and adherence to brand standards. The Mixologist is also responsible
for maintaining beverage consistency, promoting beverage sales, managing costs
within assigned areas, and ensuring compliance with health, safety,
and responsible alcohol service regulations.
The role works closely
with the Beverage Manager and outlet teams to develop creative beverage
programs, enhance guest engagement, train team members, and deliver memorable
experiences across bars, lounges, restaurants, banquets, and special
events.

Good command of spoken
and written English.
Strong knowledge of spirits,
wines, beers, liqueurs, cocktails, mocktails, coffee, tea, and non-alcoholic
beverages.
Knowledge of beverage
preparation techniques, mixology trends, garnishing, and presentations
standards.
Proficiency on Point-of-Sale
(POS) systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Knowledge
of responsible alcohol service, local liquor licensing regulations, and food
safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Minimum 3 - 5 years
of experience as a Mixologist, Bartender, or Bar Supervisor in a luxury
hotel.

Engage with guests professionally
and confidently, providing personalized recommendations and creating memorable
experiences.
Support the Beverage Manager
in developing seasonal beverage menus, special promotions, and beverage-related
events.
Monitor beverage
quality, freshness, and presentation standards throughout service
periods.
Assist in controlling beverage costs through proper portion control,
minimizing waste, and adhering to standard recipes.
Conduct regular
inventory counts and report stock discrepancies, breakage,
or shortages.
Maintain proper storage, handling, and rotation of all beverage
products in accordance with Hilton standards.
Establish
and maintain positive working relationships with guests, colleagues
and suppliers.
Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly
and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
Support training
initiatives by sharing beverage knowledge and coaching bartenders and service
team members on cocktail preparation and service techniques.
Ensure compliance
with all local alcohol licensing laws and responsible beverage service
practices.
Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation
within all beverage preparation and service areas.
Follow all Food
Safety Management System (FSMS) requirements and company health and safety
policies.
Ensure all equipment, glassware, and bar tools are properly maintained
and handled safely.
Keep abreast of industry trends, new products, mixology techniques,
and market developments to continuously enhance the beverage
program.
Participate actively in promotional activities, beverage tastings,
wine dinners, cocktail events, and special functions.
Support banquet,
conference, and special event operations as required.
Ensure compliance
with the hotel's policies relating to Fire, Hygiene, Health & Safety,
and emergency procedures.
Carry out any other
reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Beverage Manager
or Director of Food & Beverage.
