In addition, this role requires
the following minimum qualifications:
- Diploma or Certificate
in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field
is preferred. - Previous experience in In-Room Dining, Food
& Beverage, or luxury hotel operations is
an advantage. - Excellent spoken and written English;
additional languages are a plus. - Strong telephone etiquette
and interpersonal communication skills. - Good computer
literacy and familiarity with POS systems. - Ability
to multitask and remain calm under pressure. - Strong
attention to detail and commitment to guest
satisfaction. - Willingness to work rotating shifts,
weekends, and public holidays.

Here’s what you’ll do during
a typical day:
- Answer all in-room dining calls promptly,
professionally, and courteously. - Take accurate food
and beverage orders and enter them into the POS
system. - Recommend menu items and promote daily specials
to enhance the guest experience. - Confirm order details,
including special dietary requirements and delivery
times. - Coordinate closely with the kitchen and service team
to ensure timely and accurate order preparation. - Follow up
with guests to ensure satisfaction after delivery. - Handle
guest requests, complaints, and service recovery
professionally. - Maintain knowledge of all menus,
promotions, and hotel services. - Ensure all billing
is accurate and completed according to hotel
procedures. - Comply with Hilton and Waldorf Astoria brand
standards, food safety, and hygiene requirements.
