to lead the launch of Signia Jaipur, the first Signia by Hilton hotel in Asia
Pacific and a landmark addition to Hilton’s rapidly expanding luxury portfolio
in India. The 293-room hotel, including 2 restaurants and 2 bars will represent
the regional debut of one of Hilton’s newest and most innovative luxury brands,
offering a unique platform to shape the guest experience, culture, commercial
strategy, and market positioning from the ground
up.

and culture. As a Director of Human Resources, you’re
not just leading the hotel’s HR function – you’re spreading the light and warmth

In addition, this role requires
the following minimum qualifications:
- Proven Director of Human
Resources experience in luxury / upper-upscale hotels - Strong experience
in managing pre-opening luxury hotels - Extensive HR experience across key
functions—recruitment, training, performance management, and employee
relations. - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business
Administration, or related field. - Strong understanding of labor laws,
employment regulations, and compliance standards. - Commitment
to professional ethics, confidentiality, and transparent
practices. - Proven ability to lead HR teams and influence organizational
culture. - Familiarity with HRIS systems and other HR-related
software. - Excellent interpersonal and strategic communication
abilities. - Able to adapt to a dynamic hotel environment and support
operational needs.

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:
- Lead HR strategy and operations: Develop and execute HR
strategies aligned with the hotel's business objectives, ensuring compliance
with corporate HR policies and local regulations - Drive talent
acquisition and workforce planning: Oversee recruitment, onboarding,
and workforce planning to attract and retain top talent while optimizing labor
costs - Develop and engage talent: Oversee training programs,
performance evaluations, and succession planning to support career growth
and leadership development - Manage team member relations:
Guide employee relations, conflict resolution, and labor contract compliance,
including grievance handling and negotiations - Oversee HR policies
and compliance: Establish and enforce HR policies, ensuring adherence
to employment laws, wage and benefit administration, and workplace safety
regulations - Support financial goals: Develop and manage
the HR budget, ensuring efficient use of resources while supporting hotel
operations - Cultivate a high-performing team: Drive
engagement and retention through performance management, professional
development, and recognition programs
