Our Executive Lounge is designed to offer our
international VIP guests exceptional comfort—from separate check-in
and check-out to meeting and conference facilities, as well as complimentary
breakfast and dinner.
Your responsibilities are
as follows:
- Create a welcoming atmosphere—you’ll serve as a warm
and friendly point of contact for our VIPs and regular guests on-site, treating
them as equals - Standard front office tasks (check-in/check-out, room
assignments, billing) - Confident handling of guest
complaints - Managing and maintaining the customer loyalty
program - Responsibility for cleanliness and hygiene in accordance
with HACCP guidelines - Responsibility for ensuring smooth service in
the lounge, including the buffet and beverage station - General
administrative and organizational tasks (correspondence, concierge duties,
etc.), communication with all other departments in the hotel
