and implement hygiene protocols and procedures to ensure all areas of the hotel
meet the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene and comply with health
and safety regulations. As a Hygiene Manager, you’re
not just ensuring cleanliness and hygiene – you’re spreading the light

In addition, this role requires
the following minimum qualifications:

in a hygiene management role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
style="line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0cm;">Excellent reading, writing,
and oral proficiency in the English language.- Bachelor’s degree in Food Safety, Environmental
Health, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
style="line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0cm;">Proven experience in hygiene
management, food safety, or sanitation leadership within hotels, resorts,
or large-scale F&B operations. - Pre-opening experience is an advantage.
style="line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0cm;">Strong knowledge of HACCP
principles, local health regulations, and international hygiene
standards.

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:
- Strategic Planning & Compliance: Develop hygiene policies
and ensure adherence to health, safety, and regulatory
standards. - Team Leadership & Training: Lead the hygiene
team and provide ongoing training to maintain performance
and standards. - Cleaning Expertise: Apply knowledge
of cleaning procedures, chemicals, and equipment to ensure effective
practices. - Quality Assurance: Monitor cleanliness
and hygiene levels, implementing quality control measures across all
areas. - Budget & Resource Management: Oversee hygiene supply
budgets and ensure efficient use of resources. - Issue
Resolution: Address hygiene-related concerns promptly to maintain
a safe and sanitary environment.
