safety, quality assurance, or hospitality operations.

Here’s what you’ll
do during a typical day:
data-end="1014">Develop, implement, and maintain the hotel's Halal Assurance
System (HAS).
data-end="1114">Ensure compliance with Halal certification requirements, local
regulations, and company policies.
data-start="1115" data-end="1259">Establish and monitor procedures to segregate
Halal and non-Halal food, beverages, equipment, utensils, storage areas,
and service operations.
data-end="1439">Ensure that alcoholic beverages are stored, handled, and served
in accordance with hotel policies while preventing contamination
of Halal-certified food and beverage operations.
data-section-id="1hx9mhe" data-start="1440" data-end="1579">Oversee Halal
compliance in kitchens, restaurants, room service, banquet operations, and food
storage areas designated for Halal service.
data-start="1580" data-end="1674">Coordinate Halal certification applications,
renewals, surveillance audits, and inspections.
data-start="1675" data-end="1739">Conduct regular internal Halal audits
and hygiene inspections.
data-end="1819">Review and approve Halal-certified suppliers, ingredients,
and food products.
data-end="1959">Work closely with Purchasing, Kitchen, Food & Beverage,
Stewarding, Housekeeping, and Receiving departments to maintain Halal
compliance.
data-end="2045">Investigate Halal non-conformities and implement corrective
and preventive actions.
data-end="2121">Maintain all Halal documentation, records, and traceability
requirements.
data-end="2192">Deliver Halal awareness and compliance training for hotel
employees.
data-end="2273">Respond to guest inquiries regarding Halal food preparation
and certification.
data-end="2350">Stay updated on changes to Halal standards and certification
requirements.
