You will be assisting
them with their luggage and escorting them to their rooms. You will work closely
with the front office, concierge, and other departments to ensure guests’ needs
are met promptly and professionally. As a Concierge Assistant, you’re not just
greeting guests upon arrival - you’re spreading the light and warmth
of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every
guest.
