- A minimum
of 12 months of full Australian working rights (sponsorship is
not offered) - Be physically based in the Perth Metropolitan Area
or willing to relocate (no relocation allowance is offered) - Previous
experience in hotel sales, corporate sales, MICE, or business development within
the hospitality industry, with a proven ability to drive revenue and grow market
share. - A proactive, results driven mindset with the confidence
to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships,
and convert leads into long term partnerships. - Exceptional
communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage
and influence stakeholders at all levels. - Strong organisational and time
management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, take
ownership of your portfolio, and deliver against reporting requirements and key
performance indicators (KPIs). - A commercially minded approach with
the ability to analyse market trends, identify opportunities, and develop
strategies that support business growth. - A collaborative, team focused
attitude, while also being self motivated and driven to achieve individual
success with the support of on property and above property Commercial
teams. - Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office. Experience
with hotel sales systems such as Delphi, Salesforce, OnQ, or similar platforms
is highly regarded. - Availability to work full time, Monday to Friday,
based in the hotel office.

Here’s what you’ll do during
a typical day:
- Represent the hotel to prospective
clients: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers
seeking group rooms, meeting space, and food and beverage
services - Drive new business opportunities:
Respond to inquiries, initiate outreach, qualify leads, and solicit potential
clients through proactive sales efforts - Manage the full sales
cycle: Conduct site visits, entertain clients, prepare proposals,
determine rates, negotiate contracts, and service accounts through
fulfillment - Develop strategic sales plans: Create
and execute strategies to achieve or exceed revenue and room night goals,
adjusting based on performance and market conditions - Analyze
sales performance: Evaluate lost business reports and identify
opportunities to strengthen conversion
and competitiveness - Support exceptional service
delivery: Collaborate across departments to coordinate
the fulfillment of contracted services and uphold the highest standards
of client satisfaction - Inspire and develop
the team: Supervise and support team members, monitor
performance, provide coaching, and foster a positive and productive work
environment
