corporate accounts, develop and solicit new business, drive total hotel revenue
from rooms, catering, and F&B outlets, address business needs, explore new
opportunities, and expand existing business through promotional efforts
and sales channels. As a Senior or Sales Manager,
MICE, you’re not just generating and managing group sales – you’re

experience in hotel/event sales, preferably in MICE or group

exceptional customer service. - Flexibility to travel and work
evenings/weekends as required. - Proficiency in Salesforce, GDS,
and revenue management tools is an advantage.

Here’s what you’ll
do during a typical day:
Sales & Business
Development
- Prospect and secure MICE and group business from key
markets and assigned corporate accounts. - Develop and maintain detailed
account plans in Salesforce; ensure timely updates of all sales
activities. - Conduct client meetings, lead site inspections, and organize
familiarization trips and client entertainment (flexibility
for evenings/weekends required). - Represent the hotel at trade shows,
networking events, and sales trips to generate new leads. - Collaborate
with Hilton Sales network, TMCs, and MICE partners to strengthen relationships
and drive new business. - Support corporate sales activities when required
ensuring seamless collaboration across segments, including - Manage
corporate RFP processes and maintain accurate trackers; ensure rates
are correctly loaded in GDS. - Utilize third party tools such
as TravelClick Hotelligence (Agency 360) to analyze market trends and identify
new business opportunities
Account
Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
to maximize repeat business. - Ensure timely responses to inquiries
and proposals to improve conversion rates. - Monitor account performance
and implement strategies to achieve revenue
goals.
Conference & Events
- Work
closely with the Events team to ensure smooth handover of confirmed
business. - Support initiatives to increase conversion and optimize space
utilization.
Revenue &
Reporting
- Support pricing strategies and competitor analysis
in collaboration with Revenue Management. - Assist in preparing monthly
activity reports detailing confirmed and provisional
business. - Contribute to annual sales forecasts and revenue
plans.
Systems &
Compliance
- Ensure accurate data management in all sales
systems. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Hilton systems, procedures,
and brand standards.
