An intern in the Human
Resources department will be responsible for assisting with the preparation
of the department’s activities and projects.
Specifically, the intern will be responsible for performing the following tasks
in accordance with the company’s standards:
*Coordinate projects
and activities with the department, and provide support
and assistance.
*Maintain communication with the relevant departments (via
email, phone, and in person)
*Assist team members with their
requests
*Draft informational emails on behalf of the department
*Keep
each department’s filing system up to date: vacation schedules, calendars,
etc.
*Assist with team member recognition activities.
*Assist with
the coordination of company events.
*Support team members’ training
activities.
*Attend meetings.
*Be familiar with and follow emergency
procedures when necessary; report unsafe conditions.
*Maintain a good working
relationship with others.
