a Sommelier - Coreus by Clare Smyth, to join the pre-opening team for
this highly anticipated new luxury hotel opening later
this year.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
As Sommelier -
Coreus by Clare Smyth Restaurant, you will curate and elevate the wine
experience, offering expert guidance and refined recommendations that complement
our culinary vision and enhance every Guest and Member interaction. You
will demonstrate impeccable product knowledge, intuitive service, and commercial
awareness while contributing to departmental performance and luxury brand
standards.
Your responsibilities
will include the following, performed to the highest standards
of excellence:
ambassador for both brand and experience—always in service of our Guests and
in close collaboration with fellow Team Members. To succeed in this role,
you will demonstrate the following attributes and capabilities:
Previous experience in a guest‑facing service role
within the hotel, leisure, or premium retail sector
Excellent verbal communication skills and an engaging,
polished service style
A genuine passion for wine, hospitality,
and delivering exceptional guest experiences
