the Now, bringing urgency and discipline to every moment,
knowing it can make a lasting impact.

In addition, this role requires

    in Business Management or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of experience
in managing a hospitality proactive sales role.

    or travel.
  • Proven experience managing and developing high-performing
    sales or commercial teams.
  • Skilled in creating and presenting sales
strategies to senior executives and stakeholder groups.
  • Proficient
in analyzing departmental financial data to inform strategic
    decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on new
    business opportunities.
  • Experience working in matrixed environments
    across departments.
  • Experience in multi-complex hotel or travel
    operations.
  • Technical Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g.,
Delphi, Salesforce, OnQ, Market Planner Survey systems) is
    a plus.
