the following minimum qualifications:

  • Proven track record
    in recruitment, with hands-on experience in talent acquisition, workforce
    planning, and career development strategies.
  • Strong understanding
    of recruitment processes, candidate sourcing, selection techniques,
    and onboarding best practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources,
    Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Committed
    to continuous learning and staying updated on modern recruitment trends, tools,
    and technologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
    able to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to assess hiring needs, analyze recruitment metrics,
    and optimize hiring strategies.
  • High ethical standards, discretion,
    and a collaborative approach to team and organizational
    development.

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:


  • Manage hotel recruitment strategies:  Oversee all recruiting
    initiatives, including job postings, advertising, external recruiting events,
    and partnerships with employment agencies to maintain a strong pipeline
    of qualified candidates
  • Execute hiring processes:  Lead
    recruitment efforts, including referral programs and sponsorship processes,
    ensuring efficient and compliant hiring practices
  • Analyze
    and optimize talent acquisition:
      Monitor turnover trends, conduct exit
    interviews, and leverage data insights to refine recruitment strategies
    and improve retention
  • Inspire and develop the team: 
    Supervise, coach, and mentor team members; conduct performance evaluations,
    provide professional development opportunities, and recognize achievements
    to build, retain, and engage a high-performing team
