the hotel’s annual recruitment strategy plan, driving recruitment activities
to ensure recruitment effectiveness meets hotel business requirements,
maintaining and improving the standards as the best employer brand in
the market. As a Recruitment Manager/ Assistant Recruitment
Manager, you’re not just leading hotel recruitment initiatives – you’re

In addition, this role requires
the following minimum qualifications:
- Proven track record
in recruitment, with hands-on experience in talent acquisition, workforce
planning, and career development strategies. - Strong understanding
of recruitment processes, candidate sourcing, selection techniques,
and onboarding best practices. - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources,
Business Administration, or a related field preferred. - Committed
to continuous learning and staying updated on modern recruitment trends, tools,
and technologies. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
able to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to assess hiring needs, analyze recruitment metrics,
and optimize hiring strategies. - High ethical standards, discretion,
and a collaborative approach to team and organizational
development.

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:
- Manage hotel recruitment strategies: Oversee all recruiting
initiatives, including job postings, advertising, external recruiting events,
and partnerships with employment agencies to maintain a strong pipeline
of qualified candidates - Execute hiring processes: Lead
recruitment efforts, including referral programs and sponsorship processes,
ensuring efficient and compliant hiring practices - Analyze
and optimize talent acquisition: Monitor turnover trends, conduct exit
interviews, and leverage data insights to refine recruitment strategies
and improve retention - Inspire and develop the team:
Supervise, coach, and mentor team members; conduct performance evaluations,
provide professional development opportunities, and recognize achievements
to build, retain, and engage a high-performing team
