Line Cook

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Cook to join
our culinary team at The Lowline Hotel, contributing to the creation
of high-quality, appealing dishes across various dining outlets. This role

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare all food items
according to standardized recipes and presentation standards for the restaurant,
dining outlets, cafe, room service, employee cafeteria, and banquets.

Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in
the kitchen and work areas.

- Minimize waste and optimize cost
and production efficiency.

- Maintain proper storage and rotation of food
supplies.

- Assist in the development and refinement of menu items
as needed.

- Follow all safety and health regulations, including proper
handling of food and equipment.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure
smooth kitchen operations and timely service.

Skills and Qualifications:

- High
school diploma or equivalent; experience in a hotel or related food service
environment preferred.

- Food Handlers Certification (must meet state
requirements).

- Ability to clearly convey information and ideas.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Ability
to evaluate and select among alternatives to ensure quality and efficiency.

- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

- Flexibility to work
various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
