Key
Responsibilities:

- Assist the Food and Beverage leadership team
in ensuring the delivery of first-class Food and Beverage service to all
guests

- Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth
and efficient service

- Monitor and control labor costs by adhering
to budgeted payroll and overhead expenses

- Work proactively to improve
Food and Beverage sales revenues beyond set targets

- Maintain high
standards of personal appearance, grooming, and professionalism in accordance
with company policies

- Ensure compliance with all health, safety,
and sanitation standards

- Support staff training and development
to uphold service excellence

- Maintain regular attendance
and punctuality in accordance with company standards and hotel needs

Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and positive environment
for guests and staff

Requirements

Skills
and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in restaurant supervision
or management within the hospitality industry

- Strong leadership
and team supervising skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal
abilities

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends,
and holidays

- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and health
regulations

- Budget management and cost control experience

- High
level of professionalism, appearance, and grooming

- Ability to work
under pressure and handle multiple priorities effectively

- Basic
proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office applications

- Strong
oral communication skills and a customer/client-oriented mindset
