General Manager

Manager to lead all aspects of hotel operations while fostering
a culture of service excellence, accountability, and innovation.

Located
in the heart of downtown Denver, Hyatt Centric offers guests an authentic,
locally inspired experience with convenient access to the city's vibrant dining,
entertainment, and business districts. As General Manager, you'll have
the opportunity to shape the guest experience, develop outstanding talent,
and drive the continued success of this premier lifestyle hotel.

• Provide strategic leadership for all hotel departments, ensuring
  operational excellence and an exceptional guest experience.
• Drive
  financial performance by achieving revenue, profitability, and expense
  management goals.
• Lead, mentor, and develop department leaders while
  fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing culture.
• Ensure
  exceptional guest satisfaction by maintaining Hyatt brand standards
  and proactively addressing guest feedback.
• Partner with Sales, Revenue
  Management, and Marketing teams to maximize occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR.


• Monitor key performance metrics and implement strategies to improve
  operational efficiency and financial results.
• Champion employee
  engagement, recognition, retention, and professional development
  initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, Hyatt brand
  standards, and federal, state, and local regulations.
• Build strong
  relationships with ownership, community partners, and local organizations.


• Promote a culture of safety, service excellence, and continuous improvement
  throughout the hotel.

• Previous General
  Manager or senior hotel leadership experience with full operational
  responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, financial
  management, budgeting, and revenue optimization.
• Proven ability to lead
  and develop high-performing teams.
• Passion for delivering exceptional
  guest service and creating memorable experiences.
• Excellent
  communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience
  with Hyatt brand standards is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree
  in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Salary:
$170k-$180k, plus bonus potential
