this position
The ideal candidate is professional, energetic,
and enjoys problem-solving. While we welcome anyone with a hospitality
background, previous experience in a hotel environment is highly
favored. We are looking for individuals who can maintain a high
standard of service while managing the various technical and social aspects
of the guest experience.
What you will be doing
Delivering exceptional guest service, resolving conflicts, and ensuring
guest satisfaction.
Performing check-in and check-out
transactions utilizing computer systems and precise cash handling
skills.
Providing service at the bar for espresso and alcoholic
beverages, as well as assisting with food preparation in the kitchen.
Setting up and servicing meeting spaces as needed to support property
events.

Qualifications
Customer service
experience is required; previous hotel experience
is preferred.
Must have the ability to work weekends,
evenings, and holidays.
Requires a strong command of the English
language, including speaking, reading, and writing.
Ability
to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced position with constant guest
interaction.
Proficiency in basic computer skills (Word, Excel,
etc.).
Must be 18 years of age or older.
