Job Description
This role enables HRBP and Business with the talent & performance process,
methodologies, insights, systems and tools in people cycle to support systematic
talent planning, performance management. Regionalize, build, and deliver talent
leadership programs in hotels and corporate office of Greater China to sustain
a healthy talent pipeline. Manage the culture embedding initiatives to foster
growth and DE&I culture in the region. Project lead other regional talent
projects.

Your day to day • End-to-end GC strategic talent projects execution—from
business understanding and scoping to process optimization, stakeholder
communication, user enablement, and change management. • Lead the design
and embedding of GC talent cloud system – work with third party technology
provider and internal cross functional stakeholders to build a highly
tailor-made talent system that fit for business purpose of driving hotel talent
pipeline. • Work with global talent CoE and regional HRBP to embed the talent
and performance methodology and tools in the region by providing consultancy
and trainings to hotel and corporate colleagues. • Localize and execute global
talent programs or design and implement regional talent programs per GC business
needs. • Design and manage culture embedding initiatives, work
with communication and employer branding teams to craft and conduct
communications in to engage internal/external stakeholders • Synthesize
and analyze talent data and draw meaningful insights to help business to take
actions. • Serve as the go-to expert on talent topics and provide consultation
and guidance to stakeholders across teams and functions. • Support the design
and delivery of talent-related content in functional learning events,
operation-led talent programs, owner communication, or corporate sessions. •
Project lead of other regional talent-related projects, such as Wellbeing
program, and be responsible for end-to-end process. • (People Leader

What we need from you • Bachelor’s Degree or above.
Major in Human Resources, Psychology, and/or Business Management preferred. • 5
years related work experience in talent management/Organization Design,
Consulting experience is a plus. • Strategic project management and change
management experience is a must, experience in designing/landing HR technologies
is a strong plus • Multi-national organization and corporate office experience
preferred • Team leadership is a plus • High learning agility, intellectual
curiosity • Strong Communication and influence with good organization awareness
• Growth mindset • Fluent in English and Chinese • Passion for technology, able
to leverage AI productivity tools
