全面负责夜班时段管事部（含餐饮后厨清洁、餐具管理、布草收发、仓库物资管控等）的日常运营与人员调度，确保各环节高效、规范、安全运行。

监督并执行夜班区域的卫生标准、设备维护、耗材盘点及库存管理，定期提交运行报告与改进建议。
3. 协调解决现场突发问题，保障服务支持无缝衔接。 4.
配合餐饮部、客房部等相关部门完成跨部门协作任务，如大型活动后勤保障、临时加餐支持等。
5.
严格执行食品安全、消防安全及操作安全相关制度，落实夜间巡检与异常情况即时上报机制。

1. 熟悉管事部全流程作业标准，掌握洗碗机、高温消毒设备及仓储管理系统操作；
2.
具备3年及以上高星级酒店或大型餐饮服务管事部工作经验，其中至少1年基层带班或协助管理经验；
3. 具备较强的夜间现场统筹能力、应急处理能力及团队沟通协调能力； 4.
责任心强，抗压能力好，能适应夜班工作节奏与周期性轮班安排。
