Melbourne Albert Park are seeking a dedicated, reliable and service-oriented
customer service extraordinaire to join our hotel overnight Front Office team
in a Night Auditing role.Â

Joining us an experienced Hotel Night
Auditor,Â
you will be responsible for rolling our financial system
from the day.

In addition, you will provide a positive guest experience and welcome our
late-night arrivals. Working 11pm - 7am shifts alongside our Night Manager,
you will process nightly reports, contributing to a smooth overnight shift
with an opportunity to build upon your skillset.

About You!Â

  • A passion for providing a positive guest experience with
    a desire to create memorable experiences.Â
  • Previous experience using
    Opera is desirable.Â
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring procedures
    are followed.
  • Confidence in making credit card and cash
    transactions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal
    skills.
  • The ability to work independently in a fast-paced
    environment.
  • Solution minded with a strong ability to problem solve.Â
  • Empathetic in nature with a desire and ability to assist all kinds
    of clientele.
