Located in the heart
of Sydney CBD, ibis Styles Sydney Central is home to Mee So – a vibrant,
contemporary dining destination full of flavour and personality.

We're on the lookout for a passionate Food & Beverage Supervisor to bring their
own style to our team and help create memorable experiences for every
guest.

This hands-on leadership role is all about being in the heart
of the action. You'll lead by example, inspire a talented team, and deliver
exceptional service across both Mee So and our breakfast offering.
With responsibility for supervising two unique dining experiences, you'll thrive
in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You'll also have
the opportunity to collaborate on the development of our food and beverage
menus, bringing fresh ideas and helping shape memorable dining experiences
for our guests.

Bring your own style
to the table, along with:

  • Previous experience in Food & Beverage
    operations within a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality venue.
  • Strong
    all-round Food & Beverage knowledge, including barista and bar service
    skills.
  • A natural passion for leading by example and building positive
    team connections.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability
    to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A talent
    for multitasking while delivering exceptional guest
    experiences.
  • Flexibility to work a rotating 38-hour roster, including
    early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays
  • A current NSW
    Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
  • Valid Australian
    working rights.
