We are currently looking for a talented and passionate Spa
Therapist to join our wellness team.

Main Responsibilities

Deliver a variety of treatments and massages in line with Mandarin Oriental
protocols (Asian, Oriental, and signature treatments).
Provide
a personalized and warm experience to each guest, in accordance with luxury
hotel service standards.
Ensure the preparation, cleanliness, and daily
upkeep of treatment rooms.
Advise guests on products, wellness
programs, and spa rituals available.
Actively contribute to upselling
initiatives and the promotion of Spa services.
Participate in internal
training sessions and contribute to maintaining continuous operational
excellence.

Profile Required

Proven experience as
a spa therapist / physiotherapist / spa practitioner, ideally within a luxury
hotel or spa environment.
Proficiency in several massage techniques
(Thai, Balinese, Ayurvedic, Shiatsu, drainage, etc.).
Good knowledge
of anatomy and physiology.
Professional presentation, attention
to detail, and a positive attitude.
Excellent interpersonal skills
and a strong sense of hospitality.
Flexibility with working hours
(weekends and public holidays).
Good command of French and/or English;
any additional language is an advantage.

Missions principales

Réaliser
une variété de soins et massages selon les protocoles Mandarin Oriental
(asiatiques, orientaux et signatures).
Offrir une expérience
personnalisée et chaleureuse à chaque client, en respectant les standards de
service d’un hôtel de luxe.
Assurer la préparation, la propreté
et la mise en ordre quotidienne des salles de soins.
Conseiller
les clients sur les produits, programmes bien-être et rituels disponibles au
Spa.
Participer aux actions de ventes additionnelles et à la
promotion des services du Spa.
Contribuer activement aux
formations internes et au maintien d’une excellence opérationnelle
continue.

Profil recherché

Expérience confirmée comme spa therapist / masseur-kinésithérapeute /
praticien(ne) spa, idéalement dans un environnement hôtelier ou spa de
luxe.
Maîtrise de plusieurs techniques de massage (thaï,
balinais, ayurvédique, shiatsu, drainage, etc.).
Bonne
connaissance de l’anatomie et de la physiologie.
Présentation
soignée, sens du détail et attitude positive.
Excellentes
compétences relationnelles et sens de l’hospitalité.
Flexibilité
dans les horaires (week-ends et jours fériés).
Bonne maîtrise du
français et/ou de l’anglais ; toute autre langue est un atout.
