SPA TREATMENT MANAGER, SPA & WELLNESS

We’re looking for
a Spa Treatment Manager to join our iconic Spa &
Wellness team.

As a Spa Treatment Manager at Mandarin
Oriental Hyde Park, London, you will be responsible for:
Will perform as a professional, with a friendly business
attitude and conduct all duties and responsibilities as required by
the position, or assigned by the Spa & Wellness Director
Dealing daily with the following: Guest complaints, Therapist
needs, telephone calls and reception duties
Complete Spa tours to review standards, procedures
and operational status
Coordinate
scheduling of rotas, annual leave and bank holiday entitlement for Treatment
Supervisor and Therapists
Review treatment
rooms which include treatment trolley, closet millwork, linens, treatment beds
equipment upkeep daily to ensure all standards are met
Responsible for motivating retail sales and ensure that all
sales are recorded accurately
Reading
through emails regarding Spa, meetings, groups, and VIP’s
As a Spa Treatment Manager you will be working on a rotating
shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary
from morning and evening shifts (including weekends and bank holidays), so
flexibility is required where applicable.
To be
a successful Spa Treatment Manager candidate, you will have an NVQ
Level 2 and above in Beauty Therapy and have a proven track record of service
excellence in a Spa environment. It is an advantage if you already
have experience from within a luxury service environment.
