As a Reservations Executive
at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, we expect from you:


  • Reservation “clean up” on all future bookings: verifying guest preferences,
    billings and allocation requests.
  • Liaising with guests and 3rd party
    bookers for payment for bookings
  • Answering all reservation calls under
    the LQA and Forbes standards.
  • Prioritising and actioning emails
    on daily basis ensuring 24-hour turnaround time.

As
a Reservations Executive, you will be working on a rotating shift
basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary from morning
and evening (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required
where applicable.

To be a successful Reservations Executive
candidate, you will have previous experience working in a luxury
hospitality environment. You will be a great team player with excellent
communication skills, with the ability to multitask and work under
pressure.
