Based Mandarin Oriental, Munich, the Demichef de Partie
is responsible for state-of-the-art culinary experiences for our guests.
The Demichef de Partie reports to the Chef de Cuisine.

As
Demichef de Partie, you will responsible for the following duties:

• ensure that our offerings are stylish, thoughtful, surprising and delivered
  with attention to detail
• works well in all service shifts


• follows and enforces cleaning schedules and HACCP procedures


• prepares relevant mise en place
• assisting other colleagues

• gained relevant job experience in a similar environment
• strong

• fluent in German or English
