BUTLER, FRONT OFFICE

39 hours, 5 days per
week

team.

As a Butler, you
will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week.
Shift patterns will vary from morning and evening shifts (including weekends
and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.

To
be successful Butler, you must have excellent communication skills with
a high level of verbal and written English. The ability to multitask
and competency of Microsoft Office is essential. Prior knowledge with systems
is ideal.

As a Butler at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London,
you will be responsible for:

  • To be the main contact for all
    Suite guests during their stay

  • Facilitating all requests
    and keeping a record of preferences from the Suite guests by effectively
    communicating with other departments

  • Greeting guests upon
    arrival for introduction and rooming

  • Ensuring that all Suites
    are ready with the amenities and known preferences set up on arrival


To be a successful Butler, you will have previous
experience working in a high-end luxury environment in a customer/guest facing
role.

You will be an excellent communicator, with a proactive approach and an eye
for detail.
