Key
Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding guest service
  by anticipating needs, handling inquiries, and resolving concerns promptly
  and professionally.
• Provide accurate information about hotel facilities,
  services, local attractions, and island experiences.
• Coordinate
  and oversee daily Island Discovery operations to ensure a smooth and memorable
  guest experience.
• Build positive relationships with guests
  and colleagues while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism
  and integrity.
• Collaborate with all departments to ensure efficient
  service delivery and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with hotel
  policies, service standards, and operational procedures.
• Represent
  the hotel positively at all times and contribute to continuous improvement
  of the guest experience.
