Role

We
are seeking an experienced, passionate, and highly motivated Wellness
Membership Staff
to join Janu Tokyo. This role is ideal for a dynamic
hospitality professional who thrives in a modern luxury environment and
is committed to delivering exceptional membership experiences.

As a Membership Staff member, you will play a key role in fostering meaningful
relationships with members, ensuring seamless service, and creating an elevated
wellness journey that reflects Janu’s spirit of connection, energy
and contemporary luxury. You will contribute to shaping memorable experiences
while supporting smooth daily operations within the wellness
environment.


Responsibilities

  • Prepare
    and deliver warm, intuitive and personalised service that enhances the member
    experience
  • Serve as a key point of contact for wellness
    members, responding to inquiries and providing attentive
    support
  • Build strong relationships with members
    to understand preferences and anticipate individual
    needs
  • Support membership operations including
    registrations, renewals, bookings and administrative
    processes
  • Coordinate wellness reservations, schedules
    and experiences to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Maintain
    accurate member records and assist with membership-related documentation
    and reporting
  • Collaborate closely with wellness teams
    and other departments to provide a seamless luxury
    experience
  • Handle member feedback, requests and concerns
    with professionalism, care and discretion
  • Assist
    in promoting wellness programs, seasonal offerings and exclusive member
    experiences
  • Support onboarding, orientation and guidance
    for new members to ensure a welcoming and personalised
    journey


Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years
    of practical experience in membership services or similar
    roles
  • Excellent communication
    skills
  • Conversational-level English proficiency (CEFR A2
    or higher)
  • Advanced business-level Japanese proficiency
    (CEFR C1 or higher)
  • Basic PC skills including MS Office
    and typing
