In addition, this role requires
the following minimum qualifications:

  • University degree in Accounting
    or Finance; professional accounting qualification preferred
  • Minimum 3
    years’ experience as a General Ledger Supervisor or in a similar managerial
    accounting role within hospitality
  • Strong knowledge of financial
    reporting, general ledger, and internal controls
  • Familiarity with local
    tax laws and government liaison experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft
    Office and hotel financial systems; Hilton standards knowledge is a plus
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Detail-oriented,
    reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Flexible
    with working hours, especially during month-end closing

Here’s
what you’ll do during a typical day:

  • Ledger Management: 
    Adjust general ledger accounts and maintain supporting
    documentation.
  • Compliance Review:  Investigate cashier
    discrepancies and verify travel agent commissions
    for compliance.
  • Budget Support:  Assist the Director
    of Finance and the Assistant DOF in budget and forecast
    preparation.
  • F&B Control Oversight:  Review food
    and beverage control adjustments
    and certifications.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination: 
    Collaborate with other departments and government agencies on accounting
    matters.
  • Policy Compliance:  Ensure adherence to accounting
    policies, SOPs, and internal controls.
