Job Description
Key Result Areas Monitors hotels room inventory and maximizing the yield,
and ensure compliance with Revenue Management guidelines. Ensure smooth
operation related with Revenue and e-Commerce operational. Back up and ensure
that PMS (Property Management System) interface is operational and up to date
at all time, including rates, status, etc. Prepare and update daily pick up
and on the book report, and send to relevant department. Monitors the hotel
overbooking status ensuring it remains within the predetermined levels. Handle
group booking and follow up status in advance.

Maintains trace and filing systems for all Revenue and e-Commerce related.
Maximizes the room revenue of the hotel by upselling all hotel products
and services. Check and ensure that hotel’s contents in all approved channels
are up to date and in line with the brand standard, including Review hotels
website traffic to identify trends and opportunities to grow online direct
business. Monitoring, minimizing and solving the disparity issue in OTA channels
to maintain rate integrity. Maintain pricing and/or quality score in OTA
channels.

Handling rate mapping between CM (Channel Manager) and PMS (Property Management
System). Develop, execute, and monitor tactical campaigns to drive more business
in accordance to the strategy by hotel that in line with corporate policy
and standard. Plan and organize revenue strategy meeting to explore and discuss
business opportunity and implement action relevant to the strategy. Maintain
close working relationship with the Revenue, distribution, and Sales & Marketing
team, both at Property and Corporate level as well as with OTAs Account Manager.
Develops working relationships with 3rd Party Websites/Online Travel Agents
to solicit business opportunities.

Provide and submit report on time as needed by corporate and property Follow up
any others task and duties assigned by Superior and Corporate Office team.
General Contributes to the morale and team spirit of the hotel by maintaining
effective relationships with colleagues. Performs additional duties as directed
by direct supervisor. Makes appropriate suggestions and recommendations
to department head for the general improvement of the hotel. Is fully conversant
with al health and safety, fire and emergency procedures.

Maintains a high standard of personal hygiene, dress, uniform, and body
language. Is polite and professional in anywhere the image or reputation of
the hotel is represented. Attends meetings and training as required
by supervisors Ensures that all activities are carried out honestly, ethically
and within the parameters of law. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Hotel
Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 3 years
of experience in revenue management or e-commerce in the hospitality industry.

Strong analytical and commercial acumen with proficiency in revenue management
systems. Experience working with OTAs, CRS, PMS, and booking engines. Solid
understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools. Excellent communication,
coordination, and leadership skills. Fluent in English; knowledge of Lao is
a plus.
