Here's what you'll do during a typical
day:

• Supervise stewarding operations: Ensure high
  standards of cleanliness, organization, and efficiency across all kitchen
  support areas
• Lead stewarding team: Supervise
  and support team members, monitor performance, provide coaching, and foster
  a positive and productive work environment
• Oversee inventory
  and ordering: Monitor stock levels of crockery, cutlery, glassware,
  and supplies, and place orders to meet business needs for events and daily
  operations
• Control stock and costs: Perform regular
  stock takes, identify loss patterns, and enforce measures to minimize waste
  while maintaining par levels
• Oversee purchasing
  and invoicing: Raise purchase orders, reconcile invoices,
  and coordinate with suppliers to ensure quality products within
  budget
• Support cross-department collaboration: Work
  closely with Finance, Events, and other teams to support seamless operations
  and maintain strong working relationships
• Uphold regulatory
  standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation,
  ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member
  wellbeing
• Participate in inspections: In Dubai
  municipality food safety and health & safety
  inspections.
• HACCP: Ensure certification,
  re-certification and surveillance audits.
• Food Safety Spot
  Check: Able to conduct daily routine food safety, health and safety,
  sustainability and QA related inspections and spot checks.
