first phase is a 9-month duration with a mix of competency and skills
development enhancing the participant’s technical and competency
skills.

second phase is a 15-month duration consisting of 80% technical and 20%
administrative learning to strengthen technical, administrative, and managerial
skills in the day-to-day engineering operations.
During the programme, the participants will gain on-the-job experience
acquiring practical skills and knowledge, presenting a technical project at
the end of each phase, towards their development to future engineering
leadership positions.
