As Training
Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring operational compliance
across all departments and maintaining Hilton’s brand standards. You
will develop and implement training programs, conduct audits, and collaborate
with department heads to drive continuous improvement.
Your work ensures that every team member is equipped to deliver outstanding
service while meeting legal and brand requirements.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
1.
Legal Compliance
• Ensure strict adherence to all
regulations and standards, including:
o Allergen
management
o HACCP
o Fire
Safety
o Licensing
o Food
Safety
o First Aid
Training
o Pool Plant Training and First
Responder
• Maintain compliance with health,
safety, and hygiene legislation.
2. Driving Guest
Experience
• Organize and administer all compliance
and brand training (excluding leadership
development).
• Deliver training using Hilton
resources to enhance skills, product knowledge, and guest
satisfaction.
• Facilitate annual training plans
and calendars, including mandatory compliance training (hotel security, fire
regulations, health and safety).
• Collaborate
with Heads of Departments to identify training needs based on guest feedback
and operational requirements.
3. Projects
• Lead
QA compliance and mandatory annual training
initiatives.
• Support fire safety projects and other
compliance-related improvements.
• Delivery of any
relevant brand training
4. Induction
• Delivery
of monthly induction for new starts

Experience:

a similar role within hospitality or food
