As a key member of
the Feasibility & Investment Analysis (F&IA) team, you will support
Hilton’s growth across Asia Pacific (APAC) by delivering market insights
and investment analysis for new hotel opportunities. This role will
be responsible for performing a range of market and financial analyses,
including but not limited to: market studies, feasibility assessments, impact
analyses, management and franchise contract valuations, cash flow waterfalls,
debt and equity investment NPVs and IRRs, M&A evaluations, and special
projects related to asset management and strategic analysis for new brand
rollouts.
You will work
closely with the Lead Underwriters across the APAC region, delivering
high-quality analysis and expert advice to key business stakeholders.

Your role is important, and below are some of
the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
Conduct
market / proforma analysis: Focus on assessing proposed hotels
by evaluating site utility for hotel operations, analyzing the local market
and city, understanding demand patterns, identifying competitive sets,
and forecasting demand, average daily rates, and benchmarking costs against
Hilton properties, competitors, and industry standards.
Perform
investment and valuation analysis to support decision-making
across various internal stakeholders including Development, Real Estate &
Asset Management, Operations, Finance, and Executive
Management.
Utilize, maintain and update sophisticated financial
models to support in-depth analysis.
Prepare clear
and concise analytical reports and memoranda summarizing
findings, methodologies, and recommendations for internal
stakeholders.
Conduct meetings with internal stakeholders, including senior
executives, presenting relevant findings on key projects and soliciting inputs
to further strengthen our analysis and findings.
Participate
in internal meetings, development conferences, and relevant hotel investment
conferences.
Collaborate with other F&IA team members and internal stakeholders
on strategic projects including but not limited to brand launches, development
strategy, productivity and efficiency enhancements, and related.
Ownership
of feasibility studies and investment analyses that support development
approvals and investment decision-making across the APAC region.
Maintain and enhance
financial models, market intelligence databases, and analytical tools used
to evaluate hotel development and investment opportunities.
