Hilton Sydney
is seeking an exceptional Director of Finance to join our Executive Leadership
Team. This is a critical leadership role for a commercially astute finance
professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performing environment and
is passionate about driving business success through strategic financial
leadership.
As Director of Finance,
you will be more than the hotel’s financial leader. You will serve as a trusted
advisor to the General Manager, executive team, and ownership group, translating
financial data into actionable insights that drive profitability, operational
excellence, and long-term growth.

You

acumen and a proven track record in large international hotels. You enjoy
being deeply involved in the business, balancing high-level strategy
with operational execution.

will have:

in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
style="line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0cm;">Professional
accounting qualifications preferred.- Minimum 10 years' hotel
finance experience, including 3+ years in a senior leadership
role. -
style="font-size: 11pt;">Proven expertise in financial planning, forecasting,
budgeting, reporting, and financial controls.
style="line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0cm;">Strong
commercial experience driving profitability, cash flow, and business
performance.-
style="font-size: 11pt;">Experience leading and developing high-performing
teams. -
style="font-size: 11pt;">Advanced analytical, communication, and stakeholder
management

as PEP, BirchStreet, Navision, Agilysys, and advanced Microsoft Office
capabilities.
