the hospitality industry around the world! As an Associate Technology Field
Services Manager, you will bring your technical skills to a hospitality
company with an award-winning culture. On the Americas Field Services Central
Area team reporting to the Area Manager, you will support projects including
opening new hotels and all the systems involved in doing so.

Provide IT and Telecom support for the Indianapolis
Signia Hotel and Indianapolis, IN/Central Area Hotel team
members.Support the hotel with business solutions such as installing,
diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all hardware to efficient
performance.Troubleshoot problem areas promptly
and accurately.How you'll

- Communication and close
collaboration with our Field Services Teams Members is critical
for success. - Collaborate and work closely with our Field IT Team within
the Central region Area. - Attend scheduled meetings with our entire Hotel
& Central Area Team and other Field Services team meetings.

The hotels in the region regularly upgrade High Speed
Internet Network, Parking System, POS, Hardware Refreshes, Door Lock Systems
and other projects. You will help guide and own parts of all of these
at assigned hotels.

the Stay
You have these minimum
qualifications:
- Professional work
experience in Technology or related field - Experience working in IT field
support, desktop support, or an onsite technical support environment - IT
field (Telecom, Technology) experience in hospitality, retail, or related
industries - Travel potentially 20% of the time

Bachelor's Degree, or Associate's Degree plus 6+ years
of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12+ years
of Technology related experienceThree (3) + years of work experience
in Technology or a related fieldTwo (2) + years of experience
in Hospitality, Operations, and/or IT support rolesCisco or Microsoft
certificationsExperience with the following Hospitality related
applications and systems: PMS, POS, Key systems, PBX, Voicemail
