Waldorf Astoria London - Admiralty Arch is seeking
a Bartender for The Signature Bar to join the pre-opening team for this highly
anticipated new luxury hotel opening later this year.
This is a unique opportunity
for an experienced luxury hospitality leader to join the founding team and help
shape the guest experience at this landmark hotel.
Located at the end of
The Mall opposite Buckingham Palace, Waldorf Astoria London – Admiralty Arch
will feature 100 elegant rooms and suites and 17,500 sqft of private residences.
The hotel will open with two signature restaurants - Coreus by Clare Smyth
and Café Boulud by Daniel Boulud - bringing together two of the world’s most
celebrated Michelin-starred chefs. Guests will also enjoy a world-class spa,
state-of-the-art fitness facilities, and a collection of grand event spaces,
including a ballroom for up to 320 guests.

Here's what you'll do during
a typical day:
A Bartender at The Signature Bar delivers refined, personalised
service, engaging guests with confidence, charm, and discretion while crafting
and serving exceptional beverages to the highest standards of quality,
consistency, and brand excellence.
As a Bartender, you will curate a distinctive
Signature Bar experience, anticipating guest preferences, demonstrating
exceptional product knowledge, and upholding the art of luxury hospitality
throughout every interaction. Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering attentive, seamless service by accurately
receiving and fulfilling guest orders in a timely and polished
manner
Expertly preparing and presenting a curated selection
of beverages, including classic cocktails, premium spirits, wines, beers,
and non‑alcoholic offerings
Taking food orders and supporting
the floor team to ensure an effortless and cohesive service
flow
and promotional offerings to confidently guide guest
choices
Ensuring the bar and service areas are immaculately
maintained, organised, and guest‑ready at all times
Responding to guest enquiries with professionalism,
warmth, and solution‑focused
service
excellence, teamwork, and attention to detail. To succeed in this role, you
will demonstrate:
Proven ability to craft classic cocktails
with precision and consistency

including evenings, weekends, and holidays
