What will I
be doing?

Sans", sans-serif;">As an Electrical
Technician, you will be responsible for performing the following duties to
the highest standards:

style="color: black; line-height: normal;">Operate, maintain, and repair all electrical systems throughout
the hotel. 
• Monitor and effectively
  utilize the Building Management System (BMS). 
style="color: black; line-height: normal;">Read and record electrical meter readings on a daily
basis. 
• Manage maintenance
  requests and work orders through the hotel's maintenance management
  system. 
• Perform planned
  preventive maintenance (PPM) activities. 
style="color: black; line-height: normal;">Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical service
records. 
• Conduct routine
  technical inspections throughout the hotel. 
style="color: black; line-height: normal;">Carry out maintenance and repairs of electrical panels, wiring, and
the hotel's electrical infrastructure (excluding work requiring external
contractors).  
• Diagnose faults,
  install, remove, and repair electric motors. 
style="color: black; line-height: normal;">Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults in guest rooms and public
areas. 
• Perform maintenance,
  installation, and replacement of lighting fixtures and lamps.

  sans-serif;">Install, configure, and maintain
  televisions and other electronic equipment. 
style="color: black; line-height: normal;">Prepare and support the technical setup for meetings, conferences,
and special events.  
• Coordinate
  and supervise the work of external contractors when
  required. 
• Report equipment
  and material requirements in a timely manner. 
style="color: black; line-height: normal;">Comply with all Health & Safety regulations and hotel operating
procedures. 
• Communicate effectively
  and work collaboratively with other hotel
  departments. 
• Participate actively
  in the hotel's emergency response team.
