Waldorf Astoria London - Admiralty Arch is seeking
a Reservations Supervisor
lang="EN-GB"> to join the pre-opening team
for this highly anticipated new luxury hotel opening later
this year.

 

This is a unique
opportunity for an experienced luxury hospitality leader to join the founding
team and help shape the guest experience at this landmark
hotel.

 

lang="EN-GB">Located at the end of The Mall opposite Buckingham Palace, Waldorf
Astoria London – Admiralty Arch will feature 100 elegant rooms and suites
and 17,500 sqft of private residences. The hotel will open with two signature
restaurants - Coreus by Clare Smyth and Café Boulud by Daniel Boulud - bringing
together two of the world’s most celebrated Michelin-starred chefs. Guests
will also enjoy a world-class spa, state-of-the-art fitness facilities, and
a collection of grand event spaces, including a ballroom for up to 320
guests.

        Here's what you'll
        do during a typical day:


         

        lang="EN-GB">The Reservations Supervisor plays a key role in optimising revenue
        performance and guest satisfaction by leading the Reservations function
        with precision, professionalism, and commercial
        awareness.

         

        As a Reservations
        Supervisor, you will oversee the day‑to‑day activities of the Reservations Team,
        ensuring all procedures are executed seamlessly to maximise revenue and deliver
        an exceptional Guest experience. You will also partner with the team
        to cultivate repeat and future business opportunities. Your responsibilities
        will include, but are not limited to, the following:

      • lang="EN-GB">Support the efficient daily operations of the Reservations
        Department
      • Manage telephone, email,
        and written enquiries promptly, professionally, and in full alignment with brand
        standards, ensuring absolute accuracy and attention
        to detail
      • Analyse seasonal, historical,
        and market trends to optimise occupancy and average room rate
        performance
      • Identify new business
        opportunities, cultivate sales leads, and respond strategically to enquiries
        to maximise revenue potential
      • Prepare tailored
        quotations and detailed written confirmations for clients
        and partners
      • Proactively monitor guest
        satisfaction, resolving issues with discretion and efficiency to encourage
        repeat business
      • Ensure team members are fully
        knowledgeable about hotel services, facilities, and processes, fostering
        a culture of excellence in relationship management, sales techniques, customer
        service, and billing accuracy
      • Ensure all
        reservations are correctly secured, with no‑show and late cancellation charges
        applied appropriately, and that all policies and procedures are consistently
        followed to protect Guest satisfaction
      • Monitor
        team presentation, performance, and service standards, with a strong emphasis
        on coaching, training, and teamwork
      • Support
        the recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of
        the Reservations Team

          experience in Reservations or Sales within a hotel or leisure
          environment
        • A relevant degree or professional
          qualification in business or a related discipline
