Here's what you'll do during
a typical day:
A Bartender- Whiskey and Seaweed by Clare Smyth delivers
refined, personalised service, engaging guests with confidence, expertise,
and discretion while crafting and serving exceptional wines, spirits,
and bespoke beverages to the highest standards of quality, consistency,
and brand excellence.
As a Bartender, you will curate an elevated
Bar experience, anticipating guest preferences,
demonstrating outstanding product and pairing knowledge, and upholding the art
of luxury hospitality through every interaction. Your responsibilities
will include:
Expertly preparing and presenting
a curated selection of beverages, including classic cocktails, premium spirits,
wines, beers, and non‑alcoholic offerings
Maintaining expert knowledge of menus, seasonal
updates, and promotional offerings to confidently guide guest
choices
Ensuring the bar and service areas are immaculately
maintained, organised, and guest‑ready at all times
Responding to guest enquiries with professionalism,
warmth, and solution‑focused
