As Restaurant Manager for Chou Chou, you’ll be right in the thick of things
and will learn every day what it takes to bring our restaurant to life
with positive vibes. Together with the supervisors, you’ll lead a team
of bartenders, F&D staff, and servers.
You motivate your team through
targeted training and development sessions as well as individual performance
reviews. You’re also actively involved in recruiting to attract new talent
to the team.
Another key focus of your role is the restaurant’s
operational efficiency. You analyze sales figures and review inventory
management. Based on this, you provide strategic guidance to the team—for
example, by identifying which food and beverage items should be actively
promoted.
You also discuss guest feedback with the kitchen team.
Finally, you maintain close communication with (beverage) suppliers to ensure
that the menu always aligns with current food and beverage trends.
