a variety of spa treatments to hotel guests, including massages, facials, body
treatments, and other wellness services. You will assess guest needs and tailor
treatments to ensure each guest leaves feeling relaxed, revitalized,
and satisfied. As a Spa Therapist, you’re not just
providing professional massages and body treatments – you’re spreading the light
and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay
for every guest.

In addition, this role requires
the following minimum qualifications:
- Certification in massage
therapy, aesthetics, or other relevant spa treatments from a recognized
institution. - Previous experience as a spa therapist, preferably in
a luxury or hotel setting. - Strong understanding of different massage
techniques, body treatments, and facials. - Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills with a guest-focused approach. - Proficiency
in English; additional languages are a plus. - Ability to work flexible
hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Here’s
what you’ll do during a typical day:
- Delight our
guests: Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries,
requests, and concerns to ensure an exceptional spa
experience - Deliver professional spa treatments: Perform
massage and body treatments according to spa menu, guest preferences,
and established quality and health standards - Maintain a spotless
environment: Ensure treatment spaces, tools, and equipment
are consistently clean and sanitized in compliance with regulatory and guest
service standards - Manage supplies and inventory: Monitor
inventory of treatment products and tools, ensuring adequate stock and proper
storage - Ensure accurate documentation: Complete
and maintain required records in compliance with federal, state, local,
and company regulations - Support daily spa operations:
Assist with general spa duties as needed to ensure seamless
service - Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all spa
treatments are performed according to health and safety standards, including
sanitization and hygiene protocols.
Stays up to date with the latest wellness and spa treatment trends to ensure
the spa maintains a competitive edge.
