OVERVIEW OF ROLE

The F&B Waiter / Waitress is responsible for delivering
exceptional food and beverage service experiences to guests across restaurant,
bar, lounge, banquet and in-room dining operations. This role ensures guests
receive attentive, personalised and efficient service while maintaining
the highest standards of hospitality, presentation and operational
excellence.The Waiter / Waitress plays an important
role in creating memorable dining experiences that reflect the service
philosophy and luxury standards of NoMad Singapore.

DUTIES
style="line-height: normal;">Welcome and engage guests warmly, ensuring a memorable
and personalised dining experience. - Receive
and process guest orders accurately and efficiently.
style="line-height: normal;">Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally
in accordance with service standards. - Maintain
detailed knowledge of menus, ingredients, beverage offerings, promotions
and specials. -

and answer guest enquiries confidently and professionally.
style="line-height: normal;">Ensure all tables and service areas are clean, organised
and properly prepared at all times. - Assist
with restaurant opening and closing procedures.
style="line-height: normal;">Handle guest payments and settlements accurately
in accordance with hotel procedures. - Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and seamless
service delivery. -

and in-room dining operations when required.

operationally required. -

proper mise en place and service station readiness throughout
the shift. -

procedures and service sequences consistently.

and point-of-sale transactions. - Maintain
cleanliness and organisation of all dining and back-of-house service
areas. -

control and minimise wastage where possible.
