  • Have
    at least 12 months of full Australian Working rights (sponsorship is
    not offered)
  • Physically based in the Perth Metropolitan Area or willing
    to relocate (no relocation allowance is provided)
  • At least 1 year
    of experience in wedding sales, event coordination, or hospitality
    preferred
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
    with excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication
    and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach
  • Proven ability
    to manage multiple events simultaneously in a fast-paced
    environment
  • Sales-driven mindset with strong negotiation and influencing
    skills
  • Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft
    Office
  • Creative thinker with a passion for delivering memorable
    events
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings,
    depending on event schedules

Here’s what you’ll
do during a typical day:

  • Drive sales conversions:
    Actively convert enquiries into confirmed bookings while maximising
    revenue opportunities through upselling and tailored
    packages.
  • Manage client relationships: Respond
    to enquiries, understand client needs, and guide them through the planning
    process to deliver personalised event experiences
  • Coordinate
    event execution:
    Oversee all aspects of weddings and events, ensuring
    smooth operations from planning through to on-the-day
    delivery
  • Liaise with stakeholders: Work closely
    with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure all event requirements
    are aligned and executed seamlessly
  • Maintain attention
    to detail:
    Ensure all event documentation, timelines, and logistics
    are accurate and up to date
  • Deliver exceptional service:
    Provide a high level of customer service, ensuring every client has
    a positive and memorable experience
  • Manage event logistics:
    Coordinate room set-ups, catering requirements, and special requests
    to ensure flawless delivery
  • Stay current with trends:
    Keep up to date with wedding and event trends to provide innovative
    ideas and recommendations to clients
  • Technology Enablement:
    Utilize event management systems and tools to manage bookings, track
    enquiries, and maintain accurate records
