preferred - Strong organisational and time management skills

to manage multiple events simultaneously in a fast-paced
environment - Sales-driven mindset with strong negotiation and influencing
skills - Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft
Office - Creative thinker with a passion for delivering memorable
events - Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings,
depending on event schedules

Here’s what you’ll
do during a typical day:
- Drive sales conversions:
Actively convert enquiries into confirmed bookings while maximising
revenue opportunities through upselling and tailored
packages. - Manage client relationships: Respond
to enquiries, understand client needs, and guide them through the planning
process to deliver personalised event experiences - Coordinate
event execution: Oversee all aspects of weddings and events, ensuring
smooth operations from planning through to on-the-day
delivery - Liaise with stakeholders: Work closely
with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure all event requirements
are aligned and executed seamlessly - Maintain attention
to detail: Ensure all event documentation, timelines, and logistics
are accurate and up to date - Deliver exceptional service:
Provide a high level of customer service, ensuring every client has
a positive and memorable experience - Manage event logistics:
Coordinate room set-ups, catering requirements, and special requests
to ensure flawless delivery - Stay current with trends:
Keep up to date with wedding and event trends to provide innovative
ideas and recommendations to clients - Technology Enablement:
Utilize event management systems and tools to manage bookings, track
enquiries, and maintain accurate records
