We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and service-driven
Food & Beverage Manager to lead daily operations across multiple food
and beverage outlets while inspiring a culture of hospitality, teamwork,
and operational excellence.

Position Overview

The Food & Beverage
Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the resort's
restaurants, bars, lounges, and banquet functions to ensure exceptional guest
satisfaction, financial performance, and team engagement. This leader partners
closely with Culinary, Banquets, Events, and Resort Operations to deliver
memorable dining experiences while maintaining luxury service
standards.

The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, enjoys
coaching and developing teams, and thrives in a fast-paced luxury resort
environment.

Responsibilities
What You'll
Do
  • Lead and manage daily operations for resort restaurants, lounges,
    bars, and seasonal outlets.
  • Ensure exceptional guest service
    by maintaining Forbes-inspired luxury hospitality standards.
  • Recruit,
    train, mentor, and develop supervisors and hourly team members.
  • Conduct
    daily pre-shift meetings and provide ongoing coaching and performance
    feedback.
  • Partner with the Executive Chef to ensure seamless food
    and beverage execution.
  • Maintain labor productivity while managing
    staffing levels according to business demands.
  • Monitor guest
    satisfaction scores and proactively resolve service opportunities.

  • Oversee opening and closing procedures, cash handling, inventory controls,
    and operational compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to health, sanitation,
    safety, and alcohol service regulations.
  • Manage beverage programs,
    ordering, inventory, and cost controls.
  • Assist with menu rollouts,
    promotions, and seasonal programming.
  • Support banquet and special event
    operations as needed.
  • Analyze financial performance including labor
    costs, food and beverage cost, revenue, and profitability.
  • Foster
    a positive, collaborative workplace culture focused on continuous
    improvement.
Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of food and beverage management experience.
  • Luxury
    hotel or resort experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong leadership,
    coaching, and employee development skills.
  • Proven ability to manage
    multiple outlets and high-volume operations.
  • Excellent communication
    and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of restaurant financials, labor
    management, scheduling, and inventory controls.
  • Experience with POS
    systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends,
    holidays, and flexible schedules.
  • California Food Handler Certification
    (or ability to obtain).
  • Responsible Beverage Service (RBS)
    Certification required or ability to obtain.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience within an upscale resort or destination property.

  • Knowledge of wine, spirits, and beverage programming.
  • Experience
    managing banquet and event operations.
  • Experience with union
    or seasonal workforces is a plus.

Compensation

Expected Salary Range: $82,000 – $90,000 annually, depending
on qualifications and experience.

This
position is at a location where Hyatt is not the employer. The employer
of individuals working at this hotel may be a third-party management company
that is responsible for all employment benefits and obligations at
this location.
